There are many social activities on our calendar, led by members. Many are free, the rest are very low cost. Some occur year-round, while others are seasonal (November to May). Social activities are a great way to get to know other members and build friendships. There's something for everyone! Please click HERE to see the current calendar.

NEW ~~ SVYC Jam Band Anyone interested in making music? Blow the dust off those guitars, trombones, saxophones, drums, keyboards, tubas, flutes, fiddles, harmonicas, kazoos,etc. Singers welcome!
If you play now, or in the old days, let see what our members can come up with. Skill level doesn’t matter as we all progress and maybe play auld land syne in 2028. How about a jam session or playing strings with cowboy chords. Ukulele players?
We have to find out what interest we have and what instruments we have to work with. Please reply to me if you are interested and what you play.

Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) Cleanup - Meet at 8 AM, launch at 8:30 AM, cleanup along the western side of the ICW between Banana Beach and the entrance to the Red Lake channel. Trash bags & grabbers provided. Bring gloves, wear closed-toe watershoes. Evelyn Jaynes will help haul trash in a skiff. Click HERE to sign up.
